To be honest, I'm not a man of the series
Fast and Furious, for the same reasons that many draws this product, I generated outright rejection. In the first installment, I saw little or nothing, the second, the first stage of the race, almost none of the third installment, and the same goes for the fourth, to see at what level he had little notice the saga.
Until finally the fifth installment in a series, I thought, could not keep adding things to reinvent itself. It may sound hypocritical since I was (almost) all of
Fear Game in theaters and never made it out of that pit that were created subsequent writers and directors.
will sound totally strange to leave this out of my mouth, and to myself I can not believe, but really, Fast and Furious
5 is by far the best film of the series at the time. And not lying when I say that every element fell into place and the film is a devastating combo.
The film does not waste even a second, and after a brief
recap of what happened in the previous chapter, the action begins with a shock synchronized by Dom Toretto, Vin Diesel's character, escape planned by his sister Mia and her boyfriend and a friend of Dom, Brian (who is now definitely on the other side of the law) And that is good and fun in this fifth part: everything is persecution, whether on foot or in cars, trucks or anything with wheels and and there are very few moments when the action leaves a place for respite, and over at that time also feels a bit of tension (to refer to the scene to coordinate with cars and cameras in the police station.
All that we owe it to director Justin Lin, who did not have a good start with the third delivery, rose to the level in the second, and Fast and Furious
5 , doubled the bet and threw all the meat on the grill. It is no coincidence that many details of random sound directly the guy knows what he does, and if the next obvious consequences, surely we will see more of his work on screen. Lately it is being compared to Michael Bay, and can quietly get the job because he spends several persecutions pseudo wipe the film King of Action. Each scene contains more adrenaline than the next, and everything culminates in the announcement with a safe career in tow through the streets of Rio De Janeiro. The number of angles Lin presents are wonderful, and if we consider that above is NOT a 3D movie, you have to give more credits yet.
important details if any, the cast remains intact (although some sequels have missed a few others) and feels, one perceives a sort of gathering of friends that even across the screen and makes you smile more once. True, the cast does not shine for their performances, the script is not very difficult to follow and read her twists, and at times left to be desired, but since you away to your own world of camaredería enough. A monument, of course, the producer who happened to mix Vin Diesel and The Rock together in a movie, easily one of the most expected by the common Viewer function was the clash between these two moles of the modern action film. A luxury.
's partner Paul Walker and Jordana Brewster remains the same (run from the favelas of Rio jumping from one building to another in between), the return of old friends as Ludacris and Tyrese Gibson (they were in the 2nd part) and Sung Kang serve as comic relief, if we add also the emergence of reggaeton star Tego Calderon and Don Omar, who very well out of this foray into film. The female eye candies in this case come from the Iberian Elsa Pataky and Israeli Gal Gadot, although at first it may seem that the two are stilted in the plot of the film, back out to me that both have interesting roles and ready. In a sixth film, one of the ladies will have a somewhat thorny situation, I think, in view of the unexpected surprise after the credits.
A couple of things that I see, I left my mouth shut on this issue, were the music and script. We do know that Bryan Tyler is a creator of music especially for large explosive movies (to his credit, the latest
Battle: Los Angeles and
The Expendables ) and again did not disappoint at all, the point I was was that from the previous game, I was enjoying putting reggaeton songs in their soundtracks, and I really flew head: everything changes, if and inexplicable smile I had when I started playing Dance Kuduro
lasted me until I left the room. So much for the end of the year, but that particular moment is the scene feel good
year.
The other detail is the script by Chris Morgan. I did not like one iota of what he did in Wanted, but in this game, I think it was possible to combine the typical movie that both fast cars made famous by the saga with a drinking pattern of robberies bold. The combination, at first glance, it worked perfectly and this would be the way forward from here on forward.
Fast and Furious 5 is a spectacle of pure action and hard, with amazing cars and unimaginable feats meantime twisted iron, nitro and races here and there. Undoubtedly, the saga has reached a new level, much better than the first delivery, and by that I mean everything.
