WITNESSES OF LIGHT

The students of 2 º ESO, Camponaraya (León), we found the profile of a woman whose life was much more than a handful of events, was a life marked by courage and determination, facts that have earned the label of heroic. You know all who read this blog who we mean: A M. CARMEN salles. We have begun to know this course as Women's roads, tireless seeker edged stones misunderstanding, dodging the potholes of illiteracy, glimpsed any crossroads giving answers from the heart. He had to climb the mountains of the difficulty posed by a society deal with his back to the woman and get to the top founding a Congregation dedicated specifically to educating children and youth, but M. Carmen's eyes were open to the future and is based on three poles:

BELIEVE that if inhabited M. CARMEN:

• A pencil because it can write our own history to erase mistakes.


• A textbook which to learn definitions for our lives.


• glasses that only see the positive in people.


• a tone and accent that gives meaning to our words.


• A backpack that carries the weight of others.


• A label that has stuck in our hearts.


• Una lucecilla que ilumina lo más escondido de nuestro camino.


• Una goma que borra nuestras preocupaciones.


• Una puerta siempre abierta al amor y la esperanza.


• Un pentagrama en el que nosotros somos las notas que alegran sus colegios.


• Una regla con la que medir los pasos para llegar poco a poco a la meta, pero SIEMPRE ADELANTE.

M. Carmen nos ha pasado una antorcha con luz viva y propia. Queremos seguir iluminando el camino que Ella inició. Y lo hacemos no sólo recordándola con mucho affection but also with gratitude.
